The MEMS Conference has arranged for a limited number of discounted rooms at the conference venue, the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
Rooms are available starting on Tuesday, 12 January through Thursday, 22 January. The hotel is sold out starting on Thursday, 22 January and the hotel is unable to accommodate extended departure dates.
NOTE: The MEMS Conference does not work with an external housing bureau. If you are contacted by an outside organization, other than Preferred Meeting Management, Inc. (PMMI), please do not respond to them. Contact us at

There is an extra person charge of $50 per a 3rd and 4th adult to share the room. We do not charge additional for children 18 years old and younger to share the room using existing bedding. Maximum occupancy per room is 4.

Please note the following:
- The cut-off date for the reduced group rates listed above is 16 December 2026. The room block is smaller than the number of conference participants.
- Reservations made after the 16 December date will be confirmed subject to availability of space and non-group rates.
- A credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The credit card will not be charged prior to arrival.
- Cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a one-night penalty charge. To cancel your reservation, please contact via email or Hilton Honors app.
- Early Departure Fee: $100.00 (subject to change). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
- Self-Parking is $48.00 tax inclusive per car, per day (subject to change) to all registered guests. Valet Parking is available at $55.00 tax inclusive per car per day (subject to change).
